CLUB FM (Social skills development group for middle and high school students. )
Date and Time: ongoing call for day and time.
Some students have difficulty fitting in with their peers because they have not yet figured out the hidden rules behind various social settings. What may seem to be second nature to others, just makes no sense. CLUB FM is designed to address these social skills in a constructive way to allow those students to develop the necessary skills to join in the fun.

Summer Programs 2008
On the Write Track!
Writing is a wonderful tool that can open up a whole new world. Most children are eager to learn to write, but somewhere along the way, they lose the love for creating in this way. We believe that writing can be exciting for everyone. This summer long class is designed to help children learn to love writing again. We can take the writer from what ever skill level that they are and put them on the "write" track.
Age group pairings will depend on demand. Call today to reserve your spot and allow us to plan.
Will meet one time per week for 2 hours on Wednesdays, beginning in June and running through August.
To Read, Or Not to Read!
That is the question. Experts agree that being able to read is the single most important academic indicator of success for all students no matter what their economic background. Through reading you can explore new worlds, become someone else, dream of the future, and reach for the stars! This summer long program will explore basic reading skills as well as advanced comprehension strategies. If you love to read and want just want a fun way to spend the summer, or if you need to brush up on your skills, this is the class for you!
Age group pairings will depend on demand. Call today to reserve your spot and allow us to plan.

It Just Doesn't Add Up!
Math can be a puzzle. Some students love the challenge of it and others just end up more confused. We want to take the mystery out of math and help children to see the relationships between numbers. This summer long program will explore the language of math and build on the skills that students have to help them learn to solve the puzzle.
